文章以2012-2014年社会普遍关注的旅游公共事件为例,通过实证方法和演化理论对政府行为诱发的网络舆情传播行为进行了研究,总结旅游危机事件网络舆情在发生、传播和演化过程中的机制和特征等内在规律,并赋予其旅游元素的特性,着力区分旅游危机事件网络舆情与一般危机事件网络舆情不同之处。并基于网络舆情传播的角度提出政府对旅游危机事件全过程管理策略。
Taking the tourism public events which are generally concerned by society in 2012-2014 as an example, the article studies the behavior of government behavior-induced online public opinion dissemination through empirical methods and evolutionary theories, and summarizes the occurrence, dissemination and evolution of online public opinion of tourism crisis events Mechanisms and characteristics of the inherent law and give it the characteristics of tourism elements, efforts to distinguish between tourism crisis public opinion network and general crisis of public opinion network differences. And put forward the government’s management strategy for the whole process of the tourism crisis based on the spread of public opinion on the internet.
