以二斑叶螨为防治对象,在二斑叶螨自然发生程度较轻、中等和严重的草莓棚中,采用释放智利小植绥螨、喷洒43%联苯肼酯3 000倍液和二者联合使用技术进行处理,评价不同防控措施对草莓二斑叶螨的防治效果,以期为草莓二斑叶螨的绿色防控提供技术支撑。结果表明:二斑叶螨发生程度较轻的区域释放智利小植绥螨后,不同时期的防治效果均在88%以上,最高防效99.25%。二斑叶螨发生程度中等的区域释放智利小植绥螨的防治效果较慢,但后期的防治效果优于化学防治的效果。在叶螨发生严重的区域采取联合防治措施,第一次处理后7d的防效仅为51.55%,间隔6d第二次防治后第14、21、28、35、42天的防效逐渐升高。根据二斑叶螨发生危害程度采取不同的防治措施均可以得到较好的防控效果。建议在叶螨处于低密度时释放智利小植绥螨进行防治,高密度时先用联苯肼酯喷雾防治以压低叶螨基数,再释放智利小植绥螨。

In spite of serious area of spider mites to take joint control measures, 7d after the first treatment of the control effect was only 51.55%, 6d after the second control 14,21,28,35,42 days after the control effect gradually increased . According to the occurrence of Tetranychus urticae to take a different degree of control measures can be better prevention and control. Proposed spider mite at low density when the release of Chilean phytoseiidae for prevention and treatment, high-density spraying with biphenyl hydrazonite first to suppress the base of spider mite, and then release Chile phytoseiidae.
