目的:探究蝇蛆蛋白水解物对小鼠生长发育的影响。方法:(20±2)g的昆明种小鼠50只,用基础日粮预饲1周后,随机分成5组,每组10只(雌雄各半),试验期间每日定量过量投喂2次。5组分别是空白对照组、蛋白对照组及2.5,1,0.5 g/kg高中低剂量的蛋白水解肽组。连续喂养昆明种小鼠1个月后,记录受试30 d的体重变化,并计算小鼠的相对生长率,检测日粮消耗量、蛋白质表观消化率及30 d后小鼠心、肝、脾、胃、肾的脏器系数变化,反映机体内脏发育状态。结果:①低剂量组受试小鼠的相对生长率、日粮消耗量都比空白对照组要高,有显著差异(P<0.05);②对于蛋白质表观消化率,肽组各剂量与蛋白对照组相比有增高的趋势,但差异不明显(P>0.05);③在促进机体内脏发育方面,低剂量组比空白对照组有极为显著的差异(P<0.01)。结论:蝇蛆蛋白水解物能明显改善小鼠的生长发育状况,说明蛋白水解后提高其营养功能。
Objective: To investigate the effects of maggot protein hydrolyzate on the growth and development of mice. Methods: Fifty (20 ± 2) g Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups (10 males and 2 females) by pre-feeding one week after basal diet, Times. 5 groups were blank control group, protein control group and high, medium and low doses of 2.5, 1, 0.5 g / kg proteolytic peptide group. One month after continuous feeding of Kunming mice, the changes of body weight were recorded on the 30th day, and the relative growth rate of mice was calculated. The consumption of dietary protein, apparent digestibility of protein, Spleen, stomach, kidney organ coefficient changes, reflecting the body’s visceral development. Results: ① The relative growth rate and dietary consumption of low dose group mice were higher than those of blank control group (P <0.05); ② The apparent digestibility of protein, (P> 0.05). ③In the promotion of organ visceral development, there was a significant difference (P <0.01) between the low-dose group and the blank control group. Conclusion: Maggot protein hydrolyzate can significantly improve the growth and development of mice, indicating that proteolytic enhances its nutritional function.
