对包头和伊盟地区蒙族小学586名住宿生血红蛋白进行了测定，血红蛋白均值男女生分别为120．87g／L和120．63g／L，贫血检出率男女生分别为51．08％和51．94％，经统计学处理，性别间差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。随着年龄增长，血红蛋白值有上升趋势，贫血检出率有下降趋势。
