我们对1例嗜伊红细胞增多性血管淋巴样增生的男性病人进行了病理组织观察。光镜下所见:真皮内有巢状或团块状增生血管,内皮细胞高度增生并呈鞋底钉样突向管腔。在增生血管团之间有大量散在炎性细胞浸润。浸润细胞以淋巴细胞及嗜伊红细胞为主。电镜下所见:(1)真皮内异常血管增生。内皮细胞围成的毛细血管中可见红细胞,周围是疏松结缔组织成分。内皮细胞外有连续基膜环绕,连接处有细长的边缘褶伸入管腔。(2)肿大的内皮细胞核周有多个核切迹,胞质中可见大量α微丝。(3)内皮细胞质中可见致密杆状体,杆状体内可见小管状的结构。周围有嗜酸性细胞浸润,细胞中可见多角形的 Charcot-Leyden 结晶。
We performed a histopathological observation of one male patient with eosinophilic lymphoid hyperplasia. Light microscopy see: there are nests or lumps within the dermal hyperplasia of blood vessels, hyperplasia of endothelial cells and nail-like projection to the lumen tube. There is a lot of scattered inflammatory cell infiltration between the proliferative vascular tracts. Infiltrating cells to lymphocytes and eosinophil-based. Electron microscopy seen: (1) dermal abnormal vascular proliferation. Peripheral endothelial cells surrounded by visible red blood cells in the capillaries, surrounded by loose connective tissue composition. Endothelial cells surrounded by a continuous basement membrane, the junction has elongated edge pleats into the lumen. (2) There are multiple nuclear notch in the enlarged pericyte endothelial cells, a large number of α microfilaments can be seen in the cytoplasm. (3) dense cytoplasm can be seen in the rod-shaped body, rod-shaped body visible small tubular structure. Around the eosinophil infiltration, the cells can be seen polygonal Charcot-Leyden crystallization.
