抗地高辛抗体逆转地高辛毒性作用的生物效应巳研究多年。1980年我们曾用抗地高辛球蛋白(ADG)治疗动物实验性洋地黄中毒性心律失常亦取得了相似结果。现报告一例严重洋地黄中毒导致的明显缓慢心律失常用 ADG 治疗获得显著疗效.病例报告患者,男性.78岁.1981年3月9日因突感气急加重伴休克急诊入院.有冠心病史已十余年.EKG 示慢性冠脉供血不足。自1978年至入院前多次检测 EKG 表现为:窦性心律,频发房性早搏或间歇性心房颤动或扑动伴2:1
The biological effects of anti-digoxin antibodies in reversing the toxic effects of digoxin have been studied for many years. Similar results were obtained in 1980 when we treated experimental digitalyric toxic arrhythmias with anti-digoxin globulin (ADG). A case report of a significant slow-onset arrhythmia due to severe digitalis poisoning has been reported to achieve significant efficacy with ADG.Patients, male, 78 years old, admitted to hospital on shock shock with aggravating agitation on March 9, 1981, with history of coronary heart disease More than ten years .EKG showed chronic coronary insufficiency.
