Objective To discuss the effect of chromosome polymorphisms of D and G groups on reproductive abnormalities and the clinical effects of them. Methods 4001 pairs of genetic counseling and reproductive reproductive abnormalities couples were performed in our center for chromosomal preparation and karyotype analysis of peripheral blood. Results The chromosomal variation in group D and G was detected in 71 cases with a mutation rate of 0.89% (71/8002) in the population, including 13p + 6 cases (0.07% (6/8002), 14p + 11 cases, Accounting for 0.14% (11/8002), 15p + 21 cases, accounting for 0.26% (21/8002), 21p + 21 cases accounting for 0.26% (21/8002), 22p + . Conclusions Chromosome polymorphisms in groups D and G are correlated with clinical reproductive abnormalities such as infertility, recurrent spontaneous abortion, oligoasthenospermia, Fertility Chi children and deformed children.
