在预防医学和临床学领域内,不少资料属于偏态分布,例如抗体滴度和效价、食物中毒和传染病的潜伏期,尿铅含量及粉尘浓度等。要反映这类资料的集中趋势和离散程度,不能用算数平均数和标准差,而应计算几何均数和几何标准差。但是,如果没有电子计算机,或者不会利用电子计算器的编程功能,要计算这两项指标常较复杂。鉴于目前电子计算器已比较普及,笔者编制了一套计算几何均数和几何标准差的计算器程序,用以计算几何均数和几何标准差就非常简便。为方便广大基层卫生工作者计算这两项指标,现将这套程序及操作步骤予以介绍。
In the field of preventive medicine and clinical science, many data are skewed distributions, such as antibody titers and potency, food poisoning and the incubation period of infectious diseases, urine lead content, and dust concentration. To reflect the concentration trend and the degree of dispersion of such data, the arithmetic mean and standard deviation should not be used, but the geometric mean and geometric standard deviation should be calculated. However, if you don’t have a computer or you don’t use the programming features of the calculator, it’s often more complicated to calculate these two indicators. Given that current electronic calculators have become more popular, the authors have developed a set of calculator programs for calculating geometric mean and geometric standard deviations, which are very simple for calculating geometric mean and geometric standard deviations. In order to facilitate the calculation of these two indicators by the grassroots health workers, this set of procedures and procedures are introduced.
