为了经济地开发北帕克斯高砷地区的铜金矿体,需要脱除存在于矿石中的砷黝铜矿((Cu,Fe)12As4S13),以使铜精矿中的砷含量达到冶炼厂的标准(<2000.10-6)要求。应用电位控制浮选法有可能从北帕克斯高砷矿石的钻探岩芯综合试样中选择性浮选分离砷黝铜矿和黄铜矿(CuFeS2)及斑铜矿(Cu5FeS4)。对铜砷混合浮选精矿进行铜砷分离。在矿浆还原电位大约为-150 mV(SHE)和pH 12条件下,将砷黝铜矿浮选出来,从而与其它含铜矿物分离开。分离的依据是,砷黝铜矿下临界矿浆电位比黄铜矿下临界矿浆电位低,在还原范围内,有一个电位差,因此砷黝铜矿强烈上浮,而黄铜矿则不能上浮。在所研究的氧化电位范围内,浮选分离砷黝铜矿和黄铜矿的选择性很低或没有选择性。As品位为0.11%和Cu品位1.2%的综合试样试验结果表明,用该法可以分选出铜回收率为52%和含2600.10-6As的低砷高铜精矿。计算机模拟结果表明,用该法分离200.10-6As,1%Cu的原矿,浮选分离效率很好,低砷铜精矿铜回收率为61%,其中含2000.10-6以下的砷。根据本研究结果,提出了从北帕克斯铜金矿石中浮选脱除砷的原则工艺流程,并对此进行了讨论。
In order to economically exploit copper-gold ore bodies in the high-arsenic area of North Paxa, it is necessary to remove the (arsenic) tetrahedrite ((Cu, Fe) 12As4S13) present in the ore so that the arsenic content in the copper concentrate reaches the smelter’s Standard (<2000.10-6) requirements. It is possible to selectively float and separate arsenic tetrahedrite and chalcopyrite (CuFeS2) and cuprite (Cu5FeS4) from the integrated drilling core sample of North Pax high-arsenic ore by potential-controlled flotation. Copper and arsenic mixed flotation concentrate copper arsenic separation. The arsenate-tetrahedrite flotates at a slurry reduction potential of about -150 mV (SHE) and pH 12 to separate from other copper-bearing minerals. The separation is based on the fact that the lower critical pulp potential of arsenite is lower than the critical pulp potential of chalcopyrite and that there is a potential difference within the reduction range so that the arsenic-tetrahedrite strongly floats and the chalcopyrite does not float. In the investigated oxidation potential range, selectivities of flotation for arsenite-tetrahedrite and chalcopyrite are either very low or none selective. The test results of the composite samples with As grade of 0.11% and Cu grade of 1.2% show that this method can be used to separate low-arsine high-copper concentrates with copper recovery of 52% and 2600.10-6As. Computer simulation results show that the method of separation of 200.10-6As, 1% Cu ore, flotation separation efficiency is good, low arsenic copper concentrate copper recovery was 61%, which contains less than 2000.10-6 arsenic. Based on the results of this study, the principle process of flotation and arsenic removal from North Parks copper-gold ore was proposed and discussed.
