目的:建立高效液相色谱蒸发光散射检测器测定复方石韦片中黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法:采用Agilent C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以乙腈-水(35∶65)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1;ELSD检测器飘移管温度100℃,载气流速2.8L·min-1。结果:黄芪甲苷进样量在1.12~6.72μg呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.94%(n=9)。结论:本法操作简便,重复性好,灵敏度高,可有效控制复方石韦片中黄芪甲苷含量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Astragaloside Ⅳ in compound Shiwei tablets by high performance liquid chromatography with evaporative light scattering detector. Methods: Agilent C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) was used with acetonitrile-water (35:65) as the mobile phase and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. The drift tube temperature was 100 ℃, carrier gas flow rate was 2.8 L · min-1. Results: Astragaloside injection showed a good linearity (r = 0.9999) with an average recovery of 98.94% (n = 9) in the range of 1.12-6.72μg. Conclusion: This method is simple, reproducible, and highly sensitive, which can effectively control the content of Astragaloside IV in compound Shiwei tablets.
