目的:评价腹腔镜膀胱部分切除术治疗膀胱副神经节瘤的疗效。方法:回顾性分析2005年10月~2015年10月12例膀胱副神经节瘤行腹腔镜膀胱部分切除术并得到随访的临床资料。结果:手术均顺利完成,无一例中转开放。手术时间为(117±22)min,术中出血量为(108±15)ml。围手术期无并发症发生,患者术后均恢复顺利。术后病理证实为膀胱副神经节瘤。随访时间8~36个月,患者症状消失、血压正常、肿瘤未复发。结论:腹腔镜膀胱部分切除术治疗膀胱副神经节瘤具有损伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点,是一种良好的治疗选择。 Objective: To evaluate the efficacy of laparoscopic partial gastrectomy in the treatment of paragangliomas. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 12 cases of bladder paraganglioma from October 2005 to October 2015 underwent laparoscopic partial cystectomy and were followed up for clinical data. Results: All the operations were successfully completed and none of the patients turned to open. The operative time was (117 ± 22) min and the amount of bleeding during operation was (108 ± 15) ml. Perioperative complications without complications, the patient recovered smoothly. Postoperative pathology confirmed as paraganglioma. Follow-up time 8 to 36 months, the patient disappeared symptoms, normal blood pressure, the tumor did not recur. Conclusions: Laparoscopic partial cystectomy for the treatment of paragangliomas has the advantages of less injury, faster recovery and less complications, which is a good treatment option.
