Coca-Cola’s acquisition of Huiyuan Juice is the first case of a huge social reassessment since the entry into force of the Anti-monopoly Law. As a lawyer who has long been concerned about intellectual property rights and antitrust, the author tries to make the following analysis based on the information disclosed by the media and the announcement of Huiyuan Juice.
