联邦德国通用电器公司(AEG)研制了一种新的三相输出的逆变器。借助该逆变器可用交流电机驱动现代化客车空调装置的进、排风风机。目前联邦德国国营铁路的城间高速试验列车(ICE)已装用这种逆变器。一、结构该半导体逆变器结构紧凑,为标准构件,采用插板结构,框架为19英寸(0.483m)。功率部件和控制部件均集装于插板结构系统中。根据用户的要求,可用简单的方法使控制部件与其它部件分开布置,以便控制部件的线路可从正面用插塞连接。
