目的观察牛珀至宝微丸对内毒素急性肺损伤时MDA和SOD的影响。方法静脉注射内毒素(LPS)1.5mg/kg、腹腔注射D-氨基半乳糖100mg/kg造成内毒素休克模型,牛珀至宝微丸作对照干预处理,用HE染色观察肺损伤,用硫代巴比妥酸法测定MDA,用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定SOD活力,观察内毒素急性肺损伤时肺组织与血清的MDA和SOD变化。结果内毒素造成严重的急性肺损伤,肺组织及血浆中MDA含量增多,SOD活性减弱,牛珀至宝微丸能减轻肺损伤,并能减低MDA含量和增加SOD活性。结论牛珀至宝微丸能减轻内毒素急性肺损伤,其机理与MDA和SOD有关。
Objective To observe the effect of Niupo Zhibao Pellet on MDA and SOD during endotoxin acute lung injury. Methods Endotoxin shock model was induced by intravenous injection of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) 1.5 mg/kg, intraperitoneal injection of D-galactosamine 100 mg/kg, Niupo Zhibao Pellets was used as a control intervention, and lung injury was observed with HE staining. The MDA was determined by the method of bituric acid, and the activity of SOD was measured by xanthine oxidase method. The changes of MDA and SOD in the lung tissue and serum during the acute lung injury of endotoxin were observed. Results Endotoxin caused severe acute lung injury. MDA content in lung tissue and plasma increased and SOD activity weakened. Niupo Zhibao Pellet can reduce lung injury, and can reduce MDA content and increase SOD activity. Conclusion Niupo Zhibao Pellet can relieve endotoxin acute lung injury, and its mechanism is related to MDA and SOD.
