在职场竞争激烈的社会背景下,各种招聘会、报纸求职、电视求职、网络求职甚至微博求职各显神通。电视求职能引起社会的广泛关注,因而成为求职者与招聘者最喜爱的求职招聘形式之一,并由此催生出一个电视求职招聘类节目热播潮。但此类节目存在炒作、作秀等问题,也引发不少争议。本文在对电视求职招聘类节目热播原因进行分析后,就其存在的同质化、秀场化、片面追求高收视率、单一性等问题予以冷静思考,并对电视求职招聘类节目的发展趋势加以探析。
In a highly competitive social workplace, various job fairs, newspaper job search, TV job search, online job search and even microblogging job search are all superb. TV job hunting has aroused widespread concern in the community, and thus become job seekers and recruiters one of the most popular forms of job search and recruitment, and thus spawned a television job search program boom. However, there are speculations and shows on such programs, which have also caused much controversy. After analyzing the causes of the hot spots in TV job-hunting and recruitment programs, this article gives some thought to its homogeneity, show-off, one-sided pursuit of high ratings and unity, Trend to be analyzed.
