近年来，在法学界出现了“律师学”这样的词汇，那么，律师学能否成为一个学科，不仅要解决律师学建构的基本概念和基本理论，还要能够为解决一些长期困扰律师业的实践问题提供理论指导，也就是要解决律师职业领域的一些基本问题。有鉴于此，本文从律师职业属性出发，对律师职业领域的诸多问题进行了理论探讨，提出在我国确立律师职业独立的职业原则和职业道德，以期丰富刚刚起步的律师学学科研究。
