通过对外加强环进行切割,设计了4个不同外加强环式的冷弯方钢管柱-H型钢梁节点试件,对其进行水平低周反复试验和ABAQUS有限元分析。探讨外加强环形式对节点破坏形态、承载力、延性、耗能性能及应变分布的影响。研究表明:4个试件均在梁端形成塑性铰;梁柱节点域及外加强环未出现明显变形,表现出良好的抗震性能;外加强环边角切割过的节点,承载力没有降低,而延性、耗能能力有一定的提升,且节省了材料。
Through the cutting of external reinforcement rings, four different specimens of externally-stiffened cold-formed square steel tubular columns-H-beams were designed and tested. Horizontal low-pass tests and ABAQUS finite element analysis were performed. The effect of the external reinforcement ring on the failure mode, bearing capacity, ductility, energy dissipation performance and strain distribution of the joint was discussed. The results show that all the four specimens form a plastic hinge at the beam end; there is no obvious deformation of the beam-column node field and the external reinforcement ring, showing good seismic performance; the joints cut at the outer ring corners have no reduction in bearing capacity. The ductility and energy consumption have been improved, and materials have been saved.
