众所周知,高校顶尖短跑选手的差距都在分毫之间,往往就是那百分之一秒的差距,就将冠军拱手让与他人。这对每一名短跑运动员深刻体会到生理和心理上的巨大考验。因此,优秀的短跑选手在有出众的身体条件,良好的短跑技能的同时,有一颗“大心脏”也是非常重要。笔者在文章中理性分析了参赛前短跑运动员心理变化的原因,以此提出相关可行性建议,希望能对高校短跑运动员日常的生活训练有所帮助。
As we all know, the gap between the top sprinters in colleges and universities are in the slightest, often that one hundredth of a second gap, the winner will hand over to others. This is a great understanding of each sprinter physical and psychological profound test. Therefore, it is also very important that a good sprinter has a “big heart” while having excellent physical conditions and good sprint skills. In this paper, the author rationally analyzes the reasons for the psychological changes of the former sprinters, and puts forward the relevant feasibility suggestions in the hope that it can be helpful to the daily life training of college sprinters.
