我国退役运动员再就业现状及影响原因分析

随着社会主义经济建设的进一步发展,我国的体育事业发展也达到了一个前所未有的高度,并在2008年北京奥运会上成功的登上了金牌榜首位,为中国的体育事业写下了辉煌的一笔。但是辉煌的背后也存在的许多的问题,大量的运动员在退役后无法适应社会需求,再就业问题面临着严峻的考验。本文从退役运动员再就业现状角度为切入点,总结当前退役运动员的就业途径并分析影响因素,为解决我国退役运动员再就业难的现状提供一定的理论依据。 With the further development of socialist economy, China’s sports development has also reached an unprecedented height. It successfully topped the list of gold medals at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and wrote a brilliant one for China’s sports. pen. However, there are many problems behind the glorious, a large number of athletes after retirement can not meet the social needs, re-employment problems facing a severe test. Based on the reemployment status quo of retired athletes, this article summarizes the current retired athletes’ employment ways and analyzes the influencing factors, and provides a theoretical basis for solving the re-employment status quo of retired athletes in our country.
