长庆石化120×104t/a加氢裂化装置本周期运行已接近3a,逐步进入操作末期。在操作运行上,催化剂活性明显下降,且存在装置加工负荷低(约为设计负荷的73%)、转化率不高(维持在55%左右)、反应温度接近设计温度等问题,对装置长周期运行带来影响。通过稳定原料性质,控制原料馏程的90%点馏出温度不大于480℃,以降低原料干点值,降低裂化反应苛刻度。同时,密切监控原料的硫、氮含量,及时调整反应温度,可以减缓催化剂的失活速率,延长装置运行周期。控制高氢分压尽可能接近设计值(10.6MPa),氢油比维持在(900~1000)∶1,控制精制油氮含量在10ug/g以下,对保证装置安全平稳操作有利。装置运行末期,应将保证平稳运行放在首位,适当调整生产方案,如多产尾油(8%~12%),可优化原料性质;必要时采取补充硫化措施,亦有利于装置的平稳操作。
