目的 :对云南省西双版纳州勐腊县西北方向人房蚊虫群落特征进行研究并探讨蚊类群落学调查与分析方法。方法 :采用CDC和UV诱蚊灯人房通宵捕蚊 ,对所获得的数据材料进行群落学特征分析。结果 :捕获蚊虫 2亚科5属 9亚属 2 0种 2 861只 ,数据处理分析发现人房蚊虫优势种有迷糊按蚊、三带喙库蚊、微小按蚊、中华按蚊、多斑按蚊、可赫按蚊、侧白伊蚊、吉甫按蚊、伪杂鳞库蚊、棕头库蚊 ,优势度分别为 64 .84、46.75、41.17、40 .16、3 2 .3 7、2 8.19、2 1.90、12 .5 9、12 .5 3、16.19;群落的Shannon -Wienner多样性指数、均匀性指数和优势度集中指数分别为 2 .88、0 .67、0 .1914 ;经 χ2 检验 (P >P0 .0 5)和回归方程分析 (r >0 .3 4) ,综合比较发现 :微小按蚊与多斑按蚊、可赫按蚊、棕头库蚊结合的较好 ,中华按蚊与棕头库蚊、可赫按蚊结合的较好 ,可赫按蚊与棕头库蚊结合的较好。结论 :该人房群落蚊种较丰富 ,群落组成和结构复杂 ,各优势蚊种数量分布基本均匀和稳定
Objective: To study the mosquito community characteristics of human houses in the northwest of Mengla County, Yunnan Province, and to explore the method of mosquito community investigation and analysis. Methods: The mosquitoes were collected overnight by CDC and UV-trapping mosquito lamps. The community characteristics of the obtained data were analyzed. Results: The mosquitoes captured 2 subfamilies, 5 genera, 9 subgenera, 2 species and 2 861 individuals. Data analysis showed that dominant species of mosquitoes were Anopheles, Culex tritaeniorhynchus, Anopheles sinensis, Mosquitoes, Anchorage canker, Aedes albopictus, Anopheles giganticola, Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus, Culex pipiens pallens, dominance degrees were 64.84,46.75,41.17,40 .16,3 2 .3 7, 2 8.19,2 1.90,12 .5 9,12 .5 3,16.19. Shannon-Wienner diversity index, evenness index and dominance index of community were 2.88,0.67,0.1914 respectively. χ2 test (P> P0. 05) and regression equation analysis (r> 0.34), a comprehensive comparison found: Anopheles minimus and Anopheles mosquitoes, An. Anopheles sinensis and Culex pipiens pallens, Curse of Anchorage can be better, An. CONCLUSION: The mosquito species in this house are rich in community, the composition and structure of the community are complex, and the distribution of the number of dominant mosquito species is basically uniform and stable
