小口径金刚石钻进是多快好省的钻探技术,是实现勘探技术现代化的重要措施之一.为了降低金刚石钻探成本,必须千方百计地减少钻头的非正常磨损,特别是防止烧钻事故以提高金刚石钻头寿命. 我大队三工区七年多来在推广金刚石钻进技术过程中,由于不断减少钻头的非正常磨损,努力防止或减少烧钻事故的发生,因而钻头寿命逐步提高.如1978年平均钻头寿命为58.8米,1979年为73.17米,1980年为91.83米,1981年则提高到113.41米.由于某些原因,1982、1983年钻头平均寿命有所下降.
