目的 探讨新生儿脐血中胰岛素样生长因子 1(IGF 1)和胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白 3(IGFBP 3)水平与出生双顶径、身长及胎盘质量等生长参数间的关系。方法 分别测定适于胎龄儿 (AGA)组(79例 )与小于胎龄儿 (SGA)组 (2 6例 )的出生时身长、双顶径和胎盘质量 ,用免疫放射法测定脐血IGF 1和IGFBP 3的含量。结果 ①两组出生时各生长参数比较均存在统计学差异 ,AGA高于SGA(P <0 .0 0 1)。②出生时身长、双顶径和胎盘质量均与IGF 1和IGFBP 3呈正相关 (均P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 胎儿自身分泌的IGF 1和IGFBP 3与出生时身长、双顶径和胎盘质量生长参数密切相关 ,它们对胎儿的生长发育起着重要的调节作用。IGF 1和IGF 3可作为胎儿宫内生长发育的指标
Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF 1) and insulin-like growth factor-binding protein 3 (IGFBP 3) and the growth parameters such as biparietal diameter, body length and placenta weight in neonatal cord blood. Methods The body length, biparietal diameter and placenta at birth were measured in gestational age group (79 cases) and small gestational age group (26 cases), respectively. The levels of umbilical cord blood IGF 1 and IGFBP 3 levels. Results ① There were significant differences in growth parameters between the two groups at birth, and AGA was higher than that of SGA (P <0.01). ② The height, biparietal diameter and placenta quality at birth were positively correlated with IGF1 and IGFBP3 (all P <0.01). Conclusions IGF1 and IGFBP3 secreted by the fetus are closely related to the growth, biparietal diameter and placenta quality growth parameters at birth. They play an important regulatory role in fetal growth and development. IGF 1 and IGF 3 can be used as an indicator of fetal growth and development
