正常情况下,子宫中的内膜覆盖在子宫的体腔中。但是在胚胎发育的过程中可能会因某个因素而导致母羊的子宫内膜在其身体的其他部位生长,进而造成子宫易位。这种易位在其组织学上不但具有内膜的腺体,而且会有内膜的间质进行围绕。临床表现严重的母羊会造成结构严重变形。如果母羊发生子宫易位,就会导致不孕。
