专业顶层设计的质量和水平,高度制约高校办学的社会声誉和专业发展生命力。实现师范高等专科学校小学教育专业顶层设计与社会需求的有效对接,需要专业人才培养目标的确立由“从一而终”走向“一主多辅”;人才培养比较优势的打造由“城乡通吃”走向“深耕田野”;教师人才培养理念的推崇由“统一意志”走向“高端引领”。
The quality and level of professional top-level design highly restrict the social reputation and professional development vitality of running a university. To realize the effective connection between the top design of primary education in teachers’ colleges and the needs of the society, it is necessary to establish the goal of cultivating professionals from “one man and one end” to “one master and more auxiliary”; “Urban and rural all-around ” to “deep plowing the field ”; teacher talent cultivation concept respected by “unified will ” to “high-end lead ”.
