本文主要设计了一个激光动态测试系统的准直扩束光学系统,计算出了双镜组的基本结构参数,并且根据系统相差的要求用TCOS光学自动设计软件来对各镜面的参数进行优化。 In this paper, a collimating beam expander optical system of laser dynamic test system is designed. The basic structural parameters of the two mirrors are calculated, and the parameters of each mirror are optimized by TCOS optical automatic design software according to the requirements of the system.
