三株口服液双歧杆菌是复合制剂 ,经 6 9例门脉高压症术后 (断流术 )病人口服 15 d～ 2 8d。治疗前后分别检测血内毒素含量及肝功能并观察其临床症状的改变。结果表明 :本制剂对门脉高压病术后的疗效明显。总有效率为 79.8% ,其中内毒素水平治疗后明显下降 ,与治疗前比较 ,P<0 .0 5 ,有效率为 86 .95 %。肝功能各项指标有不同程度的改善 ,有效率为 78.2 6 % ,腹胀亦明显改善
Three oral Bifidobacterium is a complex preparation, after 69 cases of portal hypertension postoperative (flow) patients oral 15d ~ 28d. Blood levels of LPS and liver function were measured before and after treatment and the changes of clinical symptoms were observed. The results show that: The preparation of portal hypertension after the curative effect is obvious. The total effective rate was 79.8%, of which the level of endotoxin was significantly decreased after treatment, compared with before treatment, P <0. 05, the effective rate was 86.95%. Various indicators of liver function improved in varying degrees, the effective rate was 78.2 6%, bloating also significantly improved
