目的探讨染色体着丝粒点(Cd)的变异与HeLa瘤细胞染色体非整倍性畸变的关系。方法用Cd分析技术研究HeLa细胞染色体Cd的变异。结果HeLa细胞染色体Cd缺失率为2.10%、Cd迟滞复制率为0.23%;与正常人胚胎绒毛细胞染色体Cd相比较,HeLa细胞Cd缺失显著升高,而Cd迟滞复制没有显著性差异。结论HeLa细胞染色体非整倍性畸变可能主要源于Cd缺失,而Cd迟滞复制则为非主要的。
Objective To investigate the relationship between chromosome centromere (Cd) variation and chromosome aberration of HeLa aneuploidy. Methods The variation of chromosomal Cd in HeLa cells was studied by Cd analysis. Results The chromosomal Cd deletion rate was 2.10% in HeLa cells and the delayed replication rate of Cd was 0.23%. Compared with normal human chorionic villi chromosome Cd, the Cd deficiency in HeLa cells was significantly increased, while there was no significant difference in Cd lag duplication . Conclusion The chromosome aberration in HeLa cells may be mainly due to the deletion of Cd, while the delayed replication of Cd is not essential.
