由于常规的银行融资方式受限,房地产开发商不得不寻求新的融资途径,房地产信托便成为开发商们的新宠, “信托+银行”模式由此成为中国当前房地产企业的主流融资模式。
Real estate developers have become the new darling of real estate developers because of the limited bank financing methods and real estate developers have to seek new financing channels. Therefore, the “trust + bank” model has become the mainstream financing mode for real estate enterprises in China.
