目的 :探讨胃癌组织中端粒酶活性与 DNA倍体的关系及临床意义。方法 :用端粒酶重复序列扩增法 (TRAP)检测胃癌组织中端粒酶的活性 ,用 DNA图像分析仪 (ICM)检测肿瘤细胞核 DNA倍体。结果 :胃癌组织中端粒酶的阳性表达率为 81.2 5 % ,早期胃癌病例的阳性率 5 5 .5 % ,进展期胃癌的阳性率 87.2 %。48例中异倍体肿瘤 33例 ,占 6 8.7%。 33例异倍体胃癌中 91% (30 / 33)显示端粒酶活性。结论 :胃癌组织中端粒酶活性与 DNA异倍体率有明显的相关性 ,端粒酶的表达与胃癌的病程进展有关。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between telomerase activity and DNA ploidy in gastric cancer and its clinical significance. METHODS: Telomerase activity in gastric cancer tissues was detected by telomerase repeat amplification (TRAP), and nuclear DNA ploidy was detected by DNA image analyzer (ICM). Results: The positive expression rate of telomerase in gastric cancer was 81.2 5%, the positive rate of early gastric cancer was 55.5%, and the positive rate of advanced gastric cancer was 87.2%. Aneuploid tumors occurred in 33 of 48 cases, accounting for 68.7 percent. Thirty-three patients with aneuploid gastric carcinoma showed telomerase activity in 91% (30/33). Conclusion: There is a significant correlation between telomerase activity and DNA heteroploidy in gastric cancer. The expression of telomerase is related to the progression of gastric cancer.
