为降低建筑内密闭造型空间灯具的火灾隐患,选取建筑装饰密闭空间内典型灯箱及灯具为研究对象,采用试验和模拟的方法,监测正常工作条件下灯箱内温度和灯具表面温度变化情况。试验结果表明:荧光灯较LED灯的发热量大,灯具在典型灯箱内正常工作的温度均可接受,但较高功率荧光灯(28W)正常工作时散热效果不好,需开设散热口降低空间温度。采取“上表面1.5%+侧面1%”开孔方式更有利于灯箱内散热,为密闭灯箱造型设计、改善提供依据。
In order to reduce the fire hazard of airtight space lamps in a building, the typical light boxes and lamps in the airtight space of architectural decoration were selected as the research objects. The changes of the temperature inside the light box and the surface temperature of the lamps under normal working conditions were monitored by means of experiments and simulations. The experimental results show that the fluorescent lamp has a higher heat value than the LED lamp and the lamp can work normally in a typical light box. However, the cooling effect of the high-power fluorescent lamp (28W) is not good during normal operation, and a heat dissipation opening is needed to reduce the space temperature. Take “1.5% on the top surface + 1% on the side ” The opening method is more conducive to heat dissipation in the light box, which provides a basis for the design of hermetic light box design and improvement.
