医院药房是每个医院的必须配备的重要职能部门,在整个医院的医疗服务体系中处于非常重要的地位,同时作为窗口单位,也是每个医院的形象代表。近年来医患关系问题日渐突出,医院药房发生的医疗纠纷也呈上涨趋势。文章对医院药房发生的投诉性医疗纠纷进行分析总结,结合药房工作实际,有针对性的提出改进措施,促进医院持续和谐发展。
Hospital Pharmacy is an important function that every hospital must be equipped with. It plays a very important role in the entire hospital’s medical service system. At the same time, it serves as the window unit and the image representative of each hospital. In recent years, the issue of doctor-patient relationship has become increasingly prominent, and medical disputes in hospital pharmacies are also on the rise. This article analyzes and summarizes the complaints of medical disputes in the pharmacy of the hospital, and puts forward the improvement measures pertinently according to the actual work of the pharmacy to promote the sustained and harmonious development of the hospital.
