目的 探讨定量感觉检查对糖尿病性周围神经病的早期诊断价值。方法 使用温度觉分析仪、振动觉分析仪及肌电图诱发电位仪对76例胰岛素非依赖型糖尿病患者进行温度觉、振动觉及神经传导速度测定。结果 有症状组患者的温度觉、振动觉、神经传导速度的异常率明显高于无症状组,无症状组患者温度觉、振动觉异常率明显高于神经传导速度的异常率。结论 定量感觉检查较常规神经导检测有高的诊断敏感性,为糖尿病性周围神经病的早期诊断提供可靠依据。
Objective To investigate the value of quantitative sensory test in the early diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods The temperature, vibration and nerve conduction velocity were measured in 76 patients with insulin-independent diabetes mellitus using temperature-sensitivity analyzer, vibration analyzer and electromyogram evoked potentiometer. Results The abnormal rate of temperature sensation, vibration sensation and nerve conduction velocity were significantly higher in symptomatic group than in asymptomatic group. The temperature sensation and vibration sensation of asymptomatic group were significantly higher than those of nerve conduction velocity. Conclusion Quantitative sensory tests have higher diagnostic sensitivity than conventional nerve conduction tests and provide a reliable basis for the early diagnosis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
