吊桶提梁是一个承受拉弯的构件,它从开始承受荷载直到最后破坏,其受力和变形过程可以分为四个阶段,即弹性阶段、屈服阶段、强化阶段和拉断阶段。 目前我国各种容积的矸石吊桶提梁为一次超静定结构(图1),新设计的4米~3、5米~3吊桶提梁为二次超静定结构(图2)。现以4米~3提梁为例进行讨论,则其它各吊桶提梁的受力和变形过程可用此方法类推。
Bucket lifting beam is a member subjected to bending, it is from the beginning to bear the load until the final destruction, the force and deformation process can be divided into four stages, namely, elastic phase, yield phase, strengthening phase and pull-off phase. At present, dumping beams with various volumes of waste rock bucket in our country are an ultra-statically indeterminate structure (Fig. 1). The newly designed beam of 4m ~ 3, 5m ~ 3 buckets is a secondary statically indeterminate structure (Fig. 2). Now 4 m ~ 3 billet as an example for discussion, then the rest of the bucket bar lifting force and deformation process can be used analogy.
