随着社会发展,经济体制的转轨,各方面都体现出“教体结合”在高校中的实行刻不容缓,通过近几十年高校在组建高水平运动队的工作上不断完善,我国“教体结合”逐渐走上正轨。文章运用文献资料研究和比较分析法,从“教体结合”形成的契机——高校高水平招生制度——学训的管理——运动队项目设置几个方面,对中美高校现行的“教体结合”模式进行比较。研究结果表明:发现两国在发展历史、竞技体育体制背景、结合方式、教练执教水平、项目设置的广度、思想观念方面存在差异。并提出建议:(1)建立从小学到大学的协作关系;(2)健全高水平运动队招生制度;(1)重视“教”的重要性,解决好学训矛盾;(4)提高执教教练水平;(5)转变运动员意识;(6)完善高校比赛制度。
