目的:对综合医院的初诊患者进行快速正确导诊,避免其盲目就医,提高就诊质量。方法:应用护理程序的方法对患者进行评估、判断,制定应对方式与恰当措施再反馈与评价。结果:患者节省了精力,提高了就诊质量,促进了和谐门诊环境建设。结论:护理程序在门诊初诊患者导诊中的应用提高了导诊的整体工作效率,也促进了导医护士的继续教育学习。
OBJECTIVE: To conduct prompt and accurate referral of newly diagnosed patients in general hospitals so as to avoid their blind medical treatment and improve the quality of medical treatment. Methods: The nursing procedure method was used to evaluate and judge the patients, formulate coping styles and appropriate measures and then feedback and evaluate them. Results: The patient saved energy, improved the quality of treatment and promoted the construction of harmonious outpatient environment. Conclusion: The application of nursing program in the outpatient clinic consultation improves the overall work efficiency of the referral clinic, and also promotes the continuing education of the leading medical nurses.
