利用落锤冲击系统研究了玄武岩纤维束在不同应变速率和不同温度下的拉伸力学性能.结果表明:玄武岩纤维束的力学性能与应变速率和温度具有相关性.在相同的温度下,玄武岩纤维束的弹性模量和拉伸强度都随着应变速率的增加而增大,其最大应变与韧性呈先增后减的趋势;在相同的应变速率下,随着温度的增加,其弹性模量减小,最大应变和韧性增大,拉伸强度呈先减后增的趋势.
The tensile mechanical properties of basalt fiber bundles at different strain rates and different temperatures were studied by drop weight impacting system.The results show that the mechanical properties of basalt fiber bundles are related to strain rate and temperature.At the same temperature, basalt fiber The elastic modulus and tensile strength of the beam all increase with the increase of strain rate, and the maximum strain and toughness increase first and then decrease.The elastic modulus Decreases, the maximum strain and toughness increase, the tensile strength decreases first and then increases.
