近年来,天津社会零售商品总额和国民生产总值增速远高于全国平均水平,外来人口的增速也接连创下历史新高,天津城市建设已经进入高速发展期,这些都为天津商业房地产市场提供了巨大的发展空间。商业地产是城市活力的象征,是一个城市核心的功能区。但是,天津商业地产市场与我国一线城市相比仍有较大差距,新兴服务业比重偏低、发展结构不均衡,这些都制约着天津商业地产的发展,如何规划天津商业布局结构,实现可持续发展的商业蓝图已经成为重要课题。
