在我国各工业部门中已普遍采用射线照相法检验焊缝。但在质量评定方面,以往各单位大都采用苏修的三级制评片标准,这种标准不能合理地评定焊缝质量,不符合“多快好省”的原则。多年来,大家都有制订我们自己的射线焊缝探伤标准的愿望。1964年4月在苏州召开的一机部无损探伤会议上通过了“焊缝射线检验质量标准(草案)”。本刊1965年第2期曾予转载。这个草案在上报审批过程中,制订单位又根据各方面意见作了较大的修改,并改名为“焊缝射线探伤标准”。经一机部1966年4月在上海召开的标准审查会议通过后,于1967年4月被批准为部颁标准,代号为JB928-67。现在本刊应部分读者要求,再予转载,以供使用,并希继续提出改进意见。
Radiographic methods have been widely used to test welds in various industrial sectors in our country. However, in terms of quality assessment, most of the units in the past adopted the three-tier evaluation system of Soviet revision. Such a standard can not reasonably assess the quality of welded joints and does not conform to the principle of “more and more economical”. Over the years, everyone has had the desire to make our own standard for ray weld inspection. April 1964 held in Suzhou, a machine-room non-destructive testing meeting passed the “weld ray quality inspection standards (draft).” The magazine in 1965 No. 2 had been reprinted. During the process of reporting and approving this draft, the drafting unit made a further revision on the basis of various opinions and renamed it as “Welding Radiographic Inspection Standard”. After a machine department passed the standard review meeting held in Shanghai in April 1966, it was approved as a ministerial standard in April 1967, code-named JB928-67. Now some of our readers should request reproduced again for use, and hope to continue to put forward suggestions for improvement.
