ENGO与企业之间的跨部门的环境治理正在经历从面向末端到面向供应链的转型。基于共同的利益和愿景,ENGO通过与核心企业协作,利用核心企业在供应链上的利害关系网络和影响力,将外生压力监督转化为内生治理压力,并向供应链深处传递。经由收集污染信息,寻找供应链信息并定位核心企业,ENGO可根据链式组织结构来选择协作对象和施压策略,从而提升环境治理的有效性。
Cross-sectoral environmental governance between ENGO and the business is experiencing a transition from the end-to-end supply chain. Based on shared interests and visions, ENGO transforms exogenous stress oversight into endogenous governance pressures and leverages the supply chain by collaborating with core businesses and leveraging the network and influence of the core businesses in the supply chain. By collecting pollution information, finding supply chain information and locating core businesses, ENGO can choose collaboration partners and pressure strategies based on the chain organization structure to enhance the effectiveness of environmental governance.
