资产评估行业应实行统一管理，在业内已达成共识。该文认为，实现统一管理，应从两个方面进行：一是制订和颁布实施全行业统一的资产评估准则，二是资产评估机构的脱钩改制。在此基础上，还应该加强法律建设、行业协会建设，完善执业资格准入制度和强化业务教育和培训。
Asset valuation industry should be unified management, in the industry have reached a consensus. The article believes that to achieve a unified management, should be carried out from two aspects: First, the formulation and promulgation of a unified industry-wide asset valuation guidelines, the second is the asset evaluation agencies decoupling restructuring. On this basis, we should also strengthen the legal construction, the construction of trade associations, improve the licensing system and strengthen business education and training.
