由于焊接机器人的有线遥控器操作界面复杂,控制系统采用的是Windows XP系统,工人操作不方便,实用性不高。针对该问题设计了一套焊接机器人按键控制系统。在机器人本体上安装一套按键系统,并进行了大量焊接试验,验证了该按键控制系统的稳定性和操作的便捷性,为焊接机器人应用于工业焊接做出了贡献。
Due to the complicated interface of welding robot wired remote control, the control system uses the Windows XP system, the workers are not easy to operate, practicality is not high. A set of welding robot key control system is designed for this problem. A set of key system was installed on the robot body, and a large number of welding tests were carried out to verify the stability of the key control system and the convenience of operation, contributing to the application of welding robots in industrial welding.
