研究表明,采用氩弧重熔硬化工艺可使铸铁凸轮轴表面硬度达到 HRC 54~64,硬化层深度达到2.0~2.5mm,莱氏体组织基本垂直于凸轮表面。重熔后凸轮的磨削加工量不超过0.5~0.7 mm,能完全满足生产需要。此工艺可用于灰铁、球铁和合金铸铁凸轮轴的生产。所研制的工艺试验装置可保证成品合格率达100%。
The research shows that the hardness of cast iron camshaft can reach 54 ~ 64 HRC and the depth of hardened layer can reach 2.0 ~ 2.5mm by using argon arc remelting and hardening process. The microstructure of ledeburite is almost perpendicular to the surface of cam. After remelting the cam grinding process does not exceed 0.5 ~ 0.7 mm, can fully meet the production needs. This process can be used for the production of gray iron, ductile iron and alloy cast iron camshafts. The developed technology test device can guarantee the finished product pass rate of 100%.
