新疆克拉玛依油田八区井眼在钻井过程中,由于地层倾斜和各向异性、地层与钻具相互作用等因素的影响,井眼钻井过程中普遍会发生钻井方位角增加或减小的自然变化,即“方位漂移”。该区在定向井钻井时的方位漂移现象会直接影响定向中靶精度,并在后期扭方位作业过程中会带来转盘负荷、扭矩增大等钻井难题。据此,本文在分析该区钻井方位漂移成因的基础上,从钻具组合优化、造斜点选择、长稳斜段钻井要点等方面提出了相应技术对策。实钻表明,应用上述对策后钻其定向钻井的方位漂移程度明显小,轨迹调整频率减少,中靶准确度得到提高,且缩短了钻井周期和取得了显著经济效益。
In the process of well drilling, the eight wellbores of Karamay Oilfield in Xinjiang, due to the influence of strata inclination and anisotropy, the interaction between the strata and the drilling tools, the natural variation of drilling azimuth generally occurs in the process of wellbore drilling. That is, “Azimuth drift ”. The phenomenon of azimuthal drift in directional well drilling will directly affect the accuracy of directional targets. In the latter part of the working process, turntable load and torque increase will cause drilling difficulties. Therefore, based on the analysis of the cause of drilling azimuth drift in this area, this paper puts forward the corresponding technical countermeasures from aspects of drilling assembly optimization, selection of incline point and drilling points of long and steady inclined section. The real drilling shows that the azimuth drift of the directional drilling is obviously smaller after the above countermeasures are applied, the frequency of trajectory adjustment is reduced, the target accuracy is improved, the drilling cycle is shortened, and remarkable economic benefits are obtained.
