本文通过窄级别鳞片石墨纯矿物实验室的浮选试验,和对石墨选矿厂的流程考查,发现鳞片石墨纯矿物浮选速率常数与平均粒度的关系为双峰曲线,大鳞片石墨纯矿物的浮选速率高于生产中同粒级石墨的浮选速率。据此,考查了捕收剂用量、矿浆浓度、浮选机转速和混合物料中大小鳞片的不同配比对浮选速率的影响,并从浮选动力学角度分析了生产中大鳞片石墨在尾矿中损失的原因,探讨了如何提高鳞片石墨选矿回收率和大鳞片石墨产率的问题。矿石的浮选尾矿中损失的石墨,并不是以连生为体主,而是以已经解离的单体大鳞片石墨为主,这一现象引起了我们的重视。
In this paper, through the flotation test of narrow-scale flaky graphite pure mineral laboratory and the flow test of graphite concentrator, it is found that the relation between the flotation rate constant of flake graphite pure mineral and the average particle size is bimodal curve, The election rate is higher than the production of the same level of graphite flotation rate. Based on this, the effects of collector dosage, pulp concentration, flotation machine speed and different ratio of size scale in mixture on flotation rate were investigated. From the point of view of flotation kinetics, The reason for the loss in the ore is discussed. The problems of how to improve the recovery of flake graphite and the yield of flake graphite are discussed. The loss of graphite in the flotation tailings of the ore is not based on the coexistence of the host but on the single scale flake graphite which has been dissociated. This phenomenon has drawn our attention.
