采矿工业部门的现代发展方向是广泛采用高效率大型胶带运输机的连续运输系统,通常为多机驱动方式。在许多情况下,运输机的运载负荷是不均匀的,这一点从企业的用电指标可以反映出来。此外,现有胶带运输机的电力驱动控制系统不能保证按照仃机时胶带机的负荷情况自动地选择合理的起动。因此,按重载胶带的计算力矩来起动空载胶带,会使胶带和整个胶带机的寿命缩短。在乌克兰顿涅茨列宁共青团机器制造厂制造的双机驱动的和型胶带运输机上,设计和采用了电动机负荷自动监控和调节装置。该胶带运输机现在锰矿采选公司生产中使用。
