为石油企业服务是石油职业院校的一项重要职责。石油职业院校应根据目前企业的人才需求情况,坚持“三个并举”的办学方向,积极探索校企合作的有效途径。通过建立校企合作的长效互动机制、加强实训基地建设、开展职工培训和订单培养等措施,积极为企业服务。石油职业教育的办学方向就是要立足油田,面向社会,多形式多层次多渠道办学,坚持“三个并举”。所谓“三个并举”,即立足油田和面向社会并举,学历教育和职工培训并举,职前教育和职后培训并举。坚定地树立为石油企业提供优质教育服务的思想,既是石油职业教育职责所系,使命所归,也是石油职业院校生存发展的良好机遇,谋求发展的必由之路。坚持“两个体系”办学的职教办学思路,为企业一线培养紧缺人才。一是“以多岗适应能力培养为主线的学历教育体系”,建设以石油特色专业为龙头,以创建能力培养特色精品课程为主线的新教学体系来实现。二是“以专岗适应能力为主线的多层次岗位培训体系”。通过拓宽培训服务渠道,提高石油岗位培训的专门性程度。
