目的 :建立新伤逐瘀定痛合剂 (牡丹皮、桃仁、白芷、泽泻、红花等 )的质量标准。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对制剂中的桃仁、白芷、泽泻、红花进行定性鉴别 ;高效液相色谱法测定丹皮酚的含量。结果 :薄层色谱中均能检出苦杏仁苷、白芷、泽泻、红花 ;高效液相色谱法测得丹皮酚含量为 37.74~ 38.6 9μg·mL-1,线性范围为 1.5 84× 10 -2 ~ 9.5 0 4× 10 -2 μg(r =0 .9999) ,平均加样回收率 =10 0 .4 % ,RSD =1.0 %。结论 :该方法简单、准确、专属 ,可用于新伤逐瘀定痛合剂的质量控制
Objective : To establish the quality standards for the newly-injured Zhuyu Dingtong Mixture (Mudanpi, Taoren, Baimao, Alisma, Safflower, etc.). Methods: The qualitative identification of peach kernel, white peony root, Alisma orientalis, and safflower in the preparations were performed by TLC. The content of paeonol was determined by HPLC. Results: Amygdalin, white peony, Alisma orientalis, and safflower were detected in TLC. The content of paeonol was 37.74~38.6 9μg·mL-1, and the linear range was 1.5 84×10. -2 to 9.5 0 4 × 10 -2 μg (r = .9999), average recovery = 10 0.4%, RSD = 1.0 %. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate and exclusive, and can be used to control the quality of the newly-injected Zhuyuzhengdingtong mixture.
