2008年岁末,尽管持续降息、促进房地产行业发展的若干利好政策接连出台,但北京房地产企业推出新项目的步伐依然在放缓。本月,商品住宅新获准上市量减少,别墅更是锐减;商业和写字楼新增供应则继续增长,出现若干放量较大的项目。在中关村区域写字楼市场整体面临较大市场压力的背景下,商住楼反向创新产品本月再度出现。
By the end of 2008, despite the successive favorable policies of lowering interest rates and promoting the development of the real estate industry, the pace of Beijing’s real estate enterprises in launching new projects is still slowing down.
