通过响应面分析法(Response Surface Method,RSM)对超声波提取黄花柳总黄酮的工艺条件进行了优化。在单因素实验的基础上,根据Box-Behnken中心组合设计原理采用乙醇浓度、提取时间、料液比三因素的响应面分析法,依据回归分析确定各工艺条件的影响因子,以黄花柳总黄酮含量为响应值作响应面和等高线,在分析各个因素的显著性和交互作用后,得出黄花柳总黄酮含量的最佳工艺条件;结果表明:超声波提取黄花柳总黄酮含量的最优工艺参数为:乙醇浓度63.88%,超声提取时间21.45 min,料液比1:35.94。所选用的二次多项模型具有显著性。超声波强化提取具有提取时间短、收率高、无需加热的特点。
The extraction process of total flavonoids from S. aureus by ultrasonic wave was optimized by Response Surface Method (RSM). Based on the single-factor experiment, according to the design principle of Box-Behnken center combination, the influence factors of each process conditions were determined by response surface analysis with three factors of ethanol concentration, extraction time, Content as the response value for the response surface and contour line, after analyzing the significance of each factor and the interaction, the optimum conditions for the total flavonoids content was obtained; the results showed that: ultrasonic extraction of the total flavonoids content of the optimal The technological parameters are: ethanol concentration 63.88%, ultrasonic extraction time 21.45 min, solid-liquid ratio 1: 35.94.
